Your writing and interviews have helped change my mindset. I’m thinking about joining for the Zooms. What time/timezone do you meet on the 2nd Sundays? Thank you for all you do!
The regular monthly meeting is at 8a Pacific/11a Eastern. We also have occasional guests for presentations and live Q&As and these events are usually in the evenings. There's some discussion about adding additional zooms to ensure that anyone who'd like some live contact has something that works for them timewise. Thanks for the lovely feedback and for this question!
Having a space where I can be open, raw, and honest and receive understanding and kind reflection is a saving grace. We don't have to censor ourselves, and knowing that we are not alone helps more than I could have imagined before joining this community.
Having moms like you within the community is what makes it so richly supportive. Would you agree you're not likely to get unsolicited advice that feels like projection? "Having a space where I can be open, raw, and honest and receive understanding and kind reflection..." this is what we're going for in the SMP! Thank you for sharing this, Regina!
This seems way higher value than the psychologist I saw for a bit! Will sign up and hope to join this Sunday
I'll look forward to getting to know you! ❤

StoicMom is the calm in the storm for us non-affirming parents. Love, love, love the community.
❤🙏 Thank you Laura for choosing to be a lighthouse--both in your family and in the community!
BTW, I just returned from Genspect in Denver—AMAZING!!
Oh that's wonderful! I'm so glad that was a good experience for you. Thanks for sharing that here. :)
Hi Stoic Mom,
I’m so glad you are speaking to and sharing a mom who fought back!
Thanks Charlotte! I'm wondering if you've listened to her most recent interview on Gender: A Wider Lens?
Not yet, but I sure will!
